Chasing Billions accepts returns for store credit within 30 days of the shipment delivery date (the date you received them). Some exclusions and restrictions apply, see below.
Items must be in the condition you received them in; unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. If you wear them, go on a bender, and destroy them we will be able to tell, and we will not take them back. (No one wants your dirty socks).
To make a return, fill out our return form (a copy was included with your order but if you can’t find it you can download and print a new copy below) and include it with the item(z) you send back.
As soon as we receive your return we'll send you a confirmation email with your store credit info. Processing returns can take up to 7 days so please be patient.
Here are the deetz:
• You have up to 30 days to send your return. Unfortunately we can’t issue store credit if your return arrives at our warehouse more than 30 days after you received your order.
• Items must be in original condition which means unworn, unwashed and un-chewed with original tags & packaging. Swimwear/bodysuits must have original lining intact.
• Intimates and cosmetics are final sale and can not be returned, cuz that’s just gross.
• You are responsible for shipping fees. Chasing Billions does not provide a return label - you are responsible for return shipping. We also don’t refund shipping fees, 'cause we're not a bank.
• Processing returns takes up to 7 days after our warehouse receives your return, so please be patient.
• Store credit will be added to your account automatically for qualifying returns. You’ll receive an email that your return has been processed. Log into your Chasing Billions account to verify your store credit.
CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
Sorry, we don’t offer exchanges BUT you can return your stuff to us for store credit, then place another order at chasingbillions.com for the item(z) or sizes you want instead. Once you get the email confirming that your return was processed and your store credit was issued, you're ready to shop!
HOW DO I SEND BACK MY RETURN?
All qualifying items must be sent back to us in their original condition and within 30 days of purchase. Do not send intimates and cosmetics, we do not accept returns for these items. Chasing Billions does not provide a return label - you are responsible for return shipping.
HOW DO I SEND BACK MY RETURN IF I’M OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?
Same as domestic returns! Send back your item(z) with your return form filled out and include it all in your package.

Processing returns takes up to 7 days after they are delivered to our warehouse, so please be a little patient with us, we will get to your return ASAP cuz we wanna make ya happy! DUHHH!
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY STORE CREDIT IS AVAILABLE?
As soon as we process your return, we'll send you a confirmation email with your store credit info. Once you get that e-mail, you're ready to shop!
Log into your Chasing Billions account and your store credit will magically appear on your shopping cart page! You can use your credit to get a different size, color or whatever the fuk ya want at Chasing Billions. Store credit will NEVERRR expire, so take your sweet ass time deciding what the hell you wanna do with it.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY CREDIT IF I DON’T HAVE A CHASING BILLIONS ACCOUNT?
Don't worry, we will make one for you! Just wait for your return confirmation email containing all the information about your NEW account with Chasing Billions! Once you are logged into your new account your store credit will magically appear on your shopping cart page! YIPPIEEE!
WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
If you think you received defective, damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 5 days of receipt with a photo of the defect so we can fix the situation for you quickly.
